Had a fantastic lunch here before seeing Wicked down the road. Lovely nachos with dips - garlic bread is a winner too. Big portions and well priced.

I met up with a friend to catch dinner at Loco Mexicano. If it weren't for a couple of issues, I would have given the restaurant a greater rating because overall the meal was fine. It wasn't the greatest Mexican food that I have had, but it was satisfactory and tasty enough. While the staff were very friendly, the guy... More

The staff was very friendly since the first moment we entered the restaurant. They gave us sombreros and they recommended the starters. The main courses where delicious. I took the burritos and another person took the chicken wings. The chicken wings where tender.

Food tastes great. Service was fast and friendly. We did not book, so had to wait about 110 min to get a table. The menu is well selected and offers everything in Mexican classics.

The food here was absolutely amazing! Although a small venue, the staff have dealt well with the influx of customers for such a small venue and tried their hardest to accommodate all. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. My partner and I would not visit London again without giving this amazing hidden jewel of a venue a visit! Superb!

This is a really good Mexican restaurant. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is excellent and portions large. In fact I shared all 3 courses with my husband as we looked across at other diners with food and knew we couldn't eat all of each course. The food is served very hot and is delicious. Will definitely return and... More

Was going to brixton academy for a gig, and deciding where to go for food on the bus to Victoria. Plumped for this having seen their menu. A short walk from the bus station got us there and was luck to get a table as it soon filled up, so book of you are going at busy times. Garlic bread... More

I was strolling about with a friend before dinner while something caught our attention: an enjoyable music played by a trio among the tables! We immediately thought that this was the right place to enter and eat. The menu offered several things and I chose barbecue ribs.. I still dream about them! Joking aside, I spent great time there and... More

I've been coming here for about 2 years now and i always order the calamari, nachos and mixed fajita. Tastes great every time. Good atmosphere as well, they also have live music on certain days of the week and the cocktails are delicious. The restaurant definitely needs updating but don't be fooled by the exterior. You won't regret coming here.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
