Very good traditional japanese food for a good price. Don't miss the fried oysters or the fermented squid. If you are not that adventurous the set menus are also excellent and for an affordable price.

Unassuming looking but obviously popular Japanese restaurant opposite Dublin Castle. Had very nice set menu dinner before going to gig. Good value and friendly service...and not a chain

Cooked food is not bad, but sushi/sashimi is great. They have clam sushi in their very reasonably priced sushi set. You may ask to be seated upstairs in the tatami floored room for dinner service if you'd like a change. It's not totally the traditional experience, but it is very unique in London. The food at lunch prices is a... More

We go there very regularly, this is absolutely brillant. Try to get a table upstairs, you can seat like in Japan on the floor. Super cool The food is delicious, fresh, quality... You must try the salmon eburi and the aubergine with soy sauce. This is the best dish in the world.

Very authentic Japanese space upstairs. I had the hot udon noodles with tempura - was very yum and a decent sized serving. My sister ha the assorted sushi platter and it looked awesome. We had a reservation but it wasn't too busy for a Friday night. Will definitely be back!

Reminds me a lot of Japanese restaurants I used to visit - really tasty food and a traditional feel. Definitely a nice place to go to for lunch!

Came here with my friends to celebrate someones birthday. Made a reservation for 10 and got seats at the tatami mats on the upper floor of the restaurant. Once I entered the restaurant, I felt like I was in Japan again. It was a really enjoyable meal as they gave one free cup of green tea. We ordered various kinds... More

The interior is interesting, and the staff are very charming. The menu is reasonably priced, and everything was very fresh and well prepared. I did not have any cooked dishes so cannot judge but enjoyed the sushi a lot. There was too much wasabi in some of the pieces of nigiri which made my eyes water and took away the... More

Food was great and staff were really friendly. Loved the little room at the top of the restaurant where you can sit on cushions - very authentic. And very reasonably priced, £30 for 2!
