I didn't want to review this last time I visited (near Xmas last year) as I thought perhaps the lack of quality was due to the busy Christmas period, however I went back last week, when the restaurant was virtually empty, and it was still terrible. To start with, service is slow and whilst the waitresses are sweet and polite,... More

Really recommend Fire and stone generally as I love their unique pizza toppings. This one in Covent Garden can get very busy but once your in, the service is very good (and quick!). Not one to while away the evening but great for a quick pizza before the theatre!

We've eaten here a few times over the years, and the kids love it. They have a really inventive and changing choice of pizzas, some of which I've never seen before, as well as the standard fare of meat feats / margarita. The drinks menu is good, the puddings the usual style. Price wise, it's not exorbitant especially when you... More

I'm not quite sure where to start, so I suggest you just don't. Here goes, shooting from the hip! Horrendously expensive is where I'll begin. Two adults and a teenager/child (comprising a total of two cocktails, two wines, a milkshake, two starters, three pizzas and some brownies) was nigh on £110 and this isn't a posh place, it's a spit... This place will appeal to those who like a very modern trendy look, but with all hard surfaces it was difficult to hear yourself think. Very loud. The price of the food was high, but that's fine because this is London right? Unfortunately, for a pizza restaurant the offering was not up to scratch. Hardly any toppings and they try... More

Very nice meal which was paid for using a Taste Card which made it an absolute bargain (50% off all food). We had a sharing vegetarian platter as a starter which was excellent. We all had pizzas for main course, with a side order of salad & fries to share. My pizza wasn't the best I've ever had but it... More

Went for dinner on a work night out after spending happy hour at Dirty Martini. There was about 10 of us and they seated us no problem. The staff were attentive and our food came in no time, even though it was a Friday night. I had the Texas pizza, it was delicious. Would definitely go back again.

Trying to find somewhere to eat in Covent Garden on a Friday night is tough and after being turned away by the waiting time by a few places we stumbled on Fire & Stone. We were shown to a great table straight away. The place was busy but not packed which is just right really. The meals themselves were great.... More

Great pizza joint in covent garden. Standard prices for the area (not a cheap eat but not overly expensive). I'm a multi time visitor here and it never fails to disappoint. They have there own take on world pizzas that you wont find anywhere else (so its not like just ordering your normal ham and pineapple or farm house). Service... More
