We called in to Bistro1 for a meal having dined here previously. The food was excellent, perfectly cooked and prepared, washed down this time with a very tasty rosé. Very good value for money that guarantees we will call in again. Thanks to Francesca for her polite and friendly service.

I felt I had to give a review of this restaurant, as over the years of travelling to London with my wife to see shows it has never let us down yet on our many visits. The fact we keep returning is simple. The food, friendly service and atmosphere of the place suits our every need. There is a very nice... More

Found this place on lastminute.com advertising a "post-theatre" dinner deal. Very reasonable price.... A good selection of dishes, including the set menu. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant was nicely decorated with great little Mediterranean and Chinese touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you very much.

We couldn't find anywhere in China Town to eat and fortunately, came across this place. We were welcomed and were able to sit outside. There were 2 couples and we all enjoyed our meals at a reasonable price. Our main waitress was Nesti, who was quite cheeky and did a good job of keeping us all amused. My only negative... More

We popped in for a pre theatre meal last night on recommendation of my Aunt. None of us were disappointed, the food was fab, fast and fresh. We went for two courses for £14.99 and couldn't fault it. The meze and salmon and avocado salads didn't last long on our plates, and neither did the chargrilled salmon or boneless chicken... More

Had a pre-theatre meal here with my daughter and grand-children. Food was delicious, freshly made, served with minimum waiting time. Venue very convenient for theatres. We had not expected to find such a friendly, intimate setting in such a busy area. Prices were very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend it as part of a theatre visit, or London day out.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
