I've tried many of the curry houses on Brick lane and Bengal cuisine is definitely my favourite. Not only is the food delicious the staff are very welcoming and can't do enough for you. It's a must for anyone who loves curry and has a big appetite!

We were visiting London for the weekend and thought we would try a curry on brick lane. After checking trip advisor the Bengal Cuisine seemed ideal as it was highly rated. I've lived in East London my whole life and I can safely say this is the best curry house on Brick Lane. Staff are so friendly, the food is brilliant and environment spot on. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Bengal Cuisine is run by Mr. Kazi and Mrs Kazi. They are both from Bengal. The colorful varied history of the Bengal region is reflected in its diverse khana, Fish is the national dish so it is perhaps no surprise that it is the Fish Tikka curry dish that won Mrs Kazi her the London Borough of Tower Hamlets Curry Chef of the year Award.

Neighborhood Profile
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
