Fantastic food, fantastic restaurant! Great value for money. I ate the prawns and “Ishtu” lamb, and my friend took mango salad and two-half vegetarian dishes (good option given by the restaurant). We finished with eastern and western desserts. All dishes were great! Highly recommended!

I strongly recommend this beautiful restaurant. In a world dominated by chains it is very rare to find such a human place. The food is delicious, the staff is kind and careful and the overall experience is fantastic. Last but not least also wines are very good, and this said by an Italian is an extreme compliment!!

It’s a fairly small place, so reservations are a must. Service was very good with the owner stopping by throughout the evening to explain the different dishes and to check on our dining experience. All the dishes were very good with nine out of the ten being more Indian than Pakistani. Overall, it was a nice evening and we would... More

We visited Zayna at the weekend for my partner's birthday, and were so impressed by the experience. The food was simply delicious. The menu was different to the run-of-the-mill curry menu, and both dishes were beautifully spiced. We had Ishtu, the signature dish with the most delicious melt-in-the-mouth lamb, and the tandoori salmon. Absolutely scrummy. We seated downstairs, and we... More

We always come to Zayna's when in London. This time went with my sister-in-law and our nephew. As always their food was very good and we all enjoyed our selection. I always start with the excellent lentil soup.

The food was full of flavour, the atmosphere was relaxed yet fun, (we sat upstairs), the service was excellent, and each one of our party of four loved all the different dishes we ordered. I cannot wait to go back!

Excellent food and service. On reading previous reviews we decided to try this place. From the service to the food delivered on the table, I can say everything was a very positive experience. The one factor that stands out the most is the authentic food - the next best thing to home cooking. I would definitely go here again.

I really enjoyed dinner at this restaurant, mostly because the food was simply top notch. Really excellent. There was also a very nice selection and you could ask to adjust the spice level. We ordered a broad selection and without exception everything was delicious. Wine was also very good and reasonable for London standards. Service was friendly and relatively attentive.... More

They have two leves - ground and basement. Obviously, try to get a table on the ground level - it's much nicer and the buzz is more exciting. The service may be a bit patchy, but it is very friendly, and the food is excellent, from bread to various curries. The wine list is what you'd expect in an Indian... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
