I absolutely loved the bottomless brunch at Beany Green and Bondi green and also the margaritas and tacos at Ziggy green. So I booked bottomless brunch at Darcie Green, expecting the same great experience as I'd had at their other restaurants. However, I was told...that I hadn't booked the bottomless option online and so there wasn't enough time on our table for it. This would be reasonable as it was my mistake, except that we were then at our table for over 2 hours, which is more than enough time for the bottomless. I'm also fairly certain I had booked bottomless! The service was so bad that we only managed to order 2 drinks over the course of that 2 hours- the waiting staff just did not come up to the roof! The food is delicious and the boat is gorgeous, but the service is appalling. I will be sticking with the other Greens in future.More

I’m a big fan of the brand which the Greens belong to. I’ve been avoiding this particular Brunch place for years, choosing to save it for a special occasion. We went for a friends birthday and it was nice to be on a canal boat,...it was the uniqueness which made it fun. On arrival, we confirmed our COVID-free status and that we lived together. We had booked online beforehand which I would recommend. There were two servers who looked after us and both were pleasant. It was a busy time and this meant the food was a bit delayed but it was worth the wait. We had ordered from the lunch and brunch menus and even managed to get something which is saved for dinner menu. My shakshuka was tasty and the charcoal toast was new for me. I ordered more toast because two slices of any bread is not enough! My friends ordered lunch and breakfast meals. Both of which were filling and good value for money. The criticism would be that the drinks are overpriced; it makes the overall bill higher than you’d like. Never a fan of paying over £3 for a tea or coffee! Wonderful colleagues and atmosphere, they all seemed to be happy working there which honestly makes a difference. Even under pressure, our waiter (who had a big smile under his mask throughout our time) was funny, kind and attentive. I didn’t catch his name but he’s got tattoos and looked surprisingly handsome in an orange shirt! We noticed that the group of couples/families/ and all of us were besotted with this server - he created a charming atmosphere.More

4 of us booked a bottomless brunch at Darcie & May Green and what a great decision that way. The food was incredible, the bottomless Prosecco was flowing quicker than we could drink. Mattie was our host and she was beyond amazing! The friendliest and...happiest host you could ever ask for. Definitely a reason to come and visit as soon as possible again!More

I came here on my birthday for bottomless brunch with my boyfriend. There was a bottle of bubbles waiting at our table when we went in and the waiters were very attentive in making sure we never had an empty bottle. The food was lovely...and well presented. There were also clear sheets between all the tables so it felt very safe. I'm sure I'll end up returning.More

Great location with a lovely canal side view. Food took a while to arrive but the staff were lovely and friendly. The aubergine dish was simply divine, I recommend the cauliflower wings. Sticky and terrific.

Great setting, and impeccable Covid safety check-in and ordering by phone. All spoiled and sunk without trace by arsey refusal to polite request to charge phone for five minutes ... to reorder overpriced (and somewhat watery) G and T with 12.5 pc service charge for...the pleasure. Is there no beginning to the talents of those in charge - at time the whole place was quieter than a boat mouse. I rechsrged my phone from the better boozer next door - and pinged this review from there. Says it all.More

Wonderful food and brilliant service from Mattie. Two had the meat platter which was fantastic and one had the very tasty salmon. We ordered all 3 puddings to share which were delicious. Mattie helped make the evening special with her friendly and entertaining service. This...was our first visit but certainly not our last.More

We came here for my friend’s 22nd birthday yesterday and it was just lush! We had a bottomless brunch and for the price it was SO worth it! 2 filling courses of our choice and staff always keeping an eye on how full our Prosecco...bottle was - so attentive and lovely, really made my friend’s birthday special. Especially Oronzo, who I believe was the team leader/shift runner during our stay, was SO accommodating for all of our needs and even saved us from a very angry wasp! All staff were exceptional however Oronzo went that extra mile for not just us but we noticed all customers! Will definitely be back for any occasion!More
