I dined here about a month ago by myself on a Saturday night. Sometimes when you are dining alone you end up being ignored or put in a table in the corner or near the toilets! I was given a lovely table in the heart...More
We were looking for somewhere to eat on a wet evening. We spotted this restaurant and identified it as a traditional Italian with proper table cloths, well dressed staff and an intimate atmosphere. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly. Recommended.

A good dinner after a concert. Excellent liver + dessert with nice wines. It's good to have a small, good quality, Italian eatery in the City and convenient for offices and transport. I'll be visiting again I'm sure.

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky
models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
