Brilliant music, good venue. Unfortunately encountered the same issue that many before seem to have; overly aggressive bouncers. One of our friends went the wrong way to the toilet, was then approached by a bouncer. Confused and asking why he was being asked to move,...More

DJ kept changing songs after 15 seconds, overpriced as hell drinks, unnecessarily hostile bouncers & it closes at 2 on Friday...seriously? This club can suck it, will not be wasting my time there again.

Very poor help when a purse was lost. No sympathy and my friend was evicted for asking about it. Worst help for a night club

By now I'm used to the kind of people that end up working as bouncers so I try to avoid confrontation as much as I can, but in this place it was just crazy. They are sexist, ignorant and they straight up enjoy violence. It...More

Really don't see the appeal. Booking wasn't honoured. Poor managment. Bar staff left to sort out mistakes made by management.

The first time I visited this place I was thrown out for drunken behaviour, but to be fair, I was absolutely hammered and it was the right thing to do, so I wasn;t getting on everyone's nerves. Second chance and no such incident, and it...More

The western front of the edgy East End, Shoreditch is
a perennially trendy haven for anything “street” – be

connected transportation links dotting its perimeter,
along with an ever increasing variety of shops,
hotels, bars, and restaurants, it's easy to explore
this trend-conscious and youth-oriented neighborhood.
There's a lingering post-industrial grit about

Declared a "modernist Alice In Wonderland-esque watering hole, complete with China teacups, stuffed animals and foliage" by Harpers Bazaar, the Hoxton Pony is already synonymous with decadence and a smidgen of anarchy, and has long been the number one destination for the cool.Their food menu is designed in partnership with The Rebel Dining Society, one of London's most talked about supper clubs. See the food section of the website for the full menu. Innovative dishes are created using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients. After your meal, why not stay for a cocktail and a dance? Our house nights cater to all tastes, from cutting edge acts slinking in for a session on Fridays, to internationally renowned DJs tearing the place apart on a Saturday. Their new Thursday night It's Your Birthday is also guaranteed to get you in the mood for dancing, with cake and cocktails galore. Our expert bartenders use UK-sourced organic and sustainable ingredients to create a cocktail menu that reflects the seasons - expect to sip drinks infused with tart rhubarb in April, loganberries in July and pears and quince in October. Amongst the drinks available at The Hoxton Pony are cocktails served from self-cooling infusion jars into bespoke tea cups - book 24 hours ahead and you can enjoy a full blown Tea Party with sweet and savoury food served on an afternoon tea stand.
