I'm ashamed to say I fell for the craziness of this place closing down for good. The first time I had their cronut it was great, not so much this time. Everything is overly expensive for what it is. There are definitely better places...I'm not...surprised they shut...it's so expensive and the taste doesn't justify the prices.More

Pineapple and banana cronut from the infamous DA .. Did you know that Dominique Ansel does a cronut flavor of the month and the menu is soo dynamic. This one is surely a bakery that you shouldn't miss. However, it is a little expensive and...sit down meal costs more than a takeaway for this particular dessert.More

OK, I’m not going to lie. I visited this place to try a famous cronut and it was worth it - the perfect balance between crunchiness and soft center with delicious cream inside. Notably, it wasn’t the only highlight of my brunch. Toast with avocado...and ricotta was equally delicious and the whole presentation was pleasing the eye. Not everything was perfect, including the service but you have to always lower your expectations before visiting a super famous place with several locations. I had the feeling the toast was made much earlier than I ordered it. Anyway, it was a very tasty experience. I hate they are going to close!More

So many bad reviews of recent. I went on 28th August and had a good experience. Some items weren’t available but I managed to try the famous cronut, liquid caramel peanut butter mouse cake, frozen S’mores, and the mini me cake. All sweet stuff but...they actually weren’t too sugary. Shame it’s closing downMore

Having been wowed by pictures and hype for the bakery I thought it was a ‘must try’ prior to closing. Unfortunately the cakes were revoltingly sweet. My almond croissant not only tasted of nothing, but on closer inspection clearly had under-baked pastry between the outer...croissant and frangipane layer. Enough certainly to earn me some pretty intense stomach cramps later - cheers for that Dominique. The salted caramel eclair was so cloying I felt like my pancreas was failing. The food was clapped onto blocky inelegant canteen style plates and trays which nicely mirrored the taste experience. They had plastic cups for Christ sake. I’ve had more luxury at an M&S in-store cafe. The whole shop was in disarray. It kind of looked like a disgruntled employee (or more likely diner) had raided the bathroom for supplies on the way out to at least gain something useful from the experience. Some places live up to the hype. Maybe this did a year ago. But really was not good today on any level. Wouldn’t return even if Dominique offered me a lifetime supply of Cronuts. Top tip: Avoid going this week, rather than a last hurrah, they’re just burning bridges on the way out. It’s clear they don’t care at all.More

Supporting a customer who has jumped the queue and then cannot decide on a drink, is not very correct from the customer‘s and the shop-assistant‘s side. Correctly taking your place in a queue is good manners.

Although the takeaway coffee was adequate (at best) I had to wait to be served at the counter despite being the only customer there.... strange. However I must warn all potential customers, DO NOT order the almond croissant! For £5, it was without a doubt,...the worst and most overpriced pastry I have ever had. As heavy as a shoe with an unnecessarily excessive amount of poor quality almond filling with a pastry exterior that was utterly forgettable. The last part of this found the nearest bin. Frustrated at myself for even letting myself pay that much for a baked good but thought I’d warn as many others before they make the same mistake. Take your pounds elsewhere folks, just heinous.More

I remember first time experience this when I was in New York City, it was sold out pretty fast! As it had opened in London back in 2016, I literally had an amazing time tasting their delicious 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭® from time to time. Make sure to...pop by their London branch and truly recommend these for your visit. Thanks to Felipe and the team for such an excellent service #TheLastCronut #Cronut #DominiqueAnsel VIENNOISERIES The Cronut Pastry Well first thing first of course will recommend Chef Dominique Ansel’s signature “half croissant, half doughnut” pastry! It’s iconic and this month flavour is Milk Chocolate Banana & Peanut Butter 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭® Just imagine the milk chocolate banana ganache and silky whipped peanut butter, ouhhh delicious! MADE TO ORDER Chocolate Chip Cookie Shot Literally one of my favourite experience, when it’s served with their cold-infused Tahitian vanilla milk, just that pour moment! CAKES AND TARTS Coconut Hazelnut Religieuse Little but mighty double decker cream puff filled with Hazelnut pastry cream & coconut ganache. It is not too sweet and the fresh coconut just make the flavour balanced! "After the Rain" Mousse Cake When I saw this Fragrant jasmine mousse, pear and ginger gelée with a praline feuilletine base Liquid Caramel Peanut Butter Mousse Cake When I saw this, my first impression is this cake is just too pretty to eat! Almost took me a moment to finally slice hat liquid caramel cremeux with peanut butter mousse and puff rice. Beautiful! HOT DRINKS Salted Caramel Latte Cinnamon Roll LatteMore

Had my first Cronut. Worth the hype. Super well prepared with delicious layers inside. A feat of engineering.

I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service... The lady who took my order was absolutely not in a mood to welcome customers, no smile, absolutely ignorant attitude. It's a shame, as I went their to try their famous watermelon ice cream, which was absolutely...divine. But I don't think so I will go back there. Two rating only for the ice cream.More
