Thanks to Dermot and the team at Pisqu for another great meal. Ceviche is one of my favourite dishes. Here the menu comes with a Japanese twist, another favourite cuisine. Fresh, great service, and lovely atmosphere.

to me the food is more authentic - the pisco sours are definitely better (and I do like my PS) and the place (Pisq)is more laid back
