The Inn of Court will stay true to its Ale & Pie roots, serving up delicious, home-baked pies made with our own freshly made pastry. We’ll have six superb ales too, several sublime lagers, bottled beers and fantastic wines from all over the globe.

A great pub and food with a very strategic location on the main road. Pay when order and very rustic period interior decoration which was lovely. Food came really fast and staff friendly. Recommended.

Nice old Ale and Pie pub with lots of period character. Good selection of Ales in decent shape. Nice tasty pie and mash with gravy did the job. Our group all enjoyed the food and setting. Nice comfy seating and cosy feel to pub even...though it is a good size with upstairs and downstairs bar area. And a small area outside too. Old period decor and dark wood give it that old London pub feel. Pleasant staff and speedy service considering it was busy. Thoroughly enjoyable and recommended if you like the good old London pub.More

Typical British pub: flights and tasting boards available, daily specials (on our night there was also a beetroot & squash salad with tarragon pesto, feta, lentil & seeds), sandwiches, various puddings (desserts) as well as tea and coffee. Lively atmosphere and good service.

Stopped here for lunch while working here and was in the mood for a pie and was recommended the curry pie which I have to say was incredible as were the chips that came with it. My mouth is salivating just writing this review. I’d...highly recommend it here:More

Wonderful warm welcome by the landlord and his staff. It really makes a difference and the whole atmosphere of this pub benefits. A nice cosy nook to while away a few hours. Highly recommended.

The landlord was excellent and going out of his way to talk to customers and making all welcomed. The landlord was like one running a pub in a small village.Quality of drinks although a little pricy was excellent. We did not eat there but food others...had looked very good.Pub not busy as we were there early afternoon.Really enjoyed and as stated because of the landlord ,will certainly be backMore

We went in for an early dinner and enjoyed a typical fish and chips, and a burger. Nothing typical because both were amazing. The beer was cold and the bar drinks were good, too. Service was friendly. We stopped by because we saw a huge...crowd outside, but mainly they were drinking beer after work. Inside it was perfectly empty.More
