I had a large salad, but it was nothing special. Nothing 'super' about the super-food salad, and all of the salad options were dominated by...lettuce. I opted for some additional chicken for £4 - but the few shreds of chicken were barely worth asking for....More

Book in advance to sit on very comfortable banquettes around the side. Service is a bit erratic if you are in a hurry but interesting choice of brunch dishes. I particularly enjoyed the avocado on sourdough with feta and chilled and egg and bacon side...More

If you don't mind the arrogance of some waiters and well, are not looking for the highest quality of food... okay.

After wandering around the gallery for several hours we were hungry and tired and were hoping for refreshments in the café. One of our party is a patient with Coeliacs and we couldn't find a single thing in the café she could have. We asked...More

We went to the café in the Salisbury wing (think that's it's name) after visiting the excellent Sorolla exhibition there. Asked if it was possible to have the chicken sandwich without mayo in it (I'm allergic), but was told no, it was ready prepared. Far...More
