Not an expert on Greek food but everything was quite tasty by my standards. Limited but solid vegetarian options. Great location in a cool neighborhood.

This eatery has a great choice of mezze dishes that you can share. The service was excellent and we enjoyed our meal here. My favourite dish was the chicken skewer. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a very nice dinner in The Real Greek this week. The food was delicious, specially the lamb cutlets and Octopus. The staff very helpful, the service very quick. I would happily recommend.

I visited the real Greek with couple of friends for dinner. We had order pretty much most of the menu, but do not regret at all the food was very delicious and taste just like in Greece. In my opinion the biggest stars on the menu are the lamb cutlets the meatballs and the octopus. Definitely coming back for more... More

I have eaten more meals in Greek restaurants than I can remember, and I regret that this restaurant does not rate very highly on the list. I started with tsatsiki, which was a generous portion, but not very tasty. My main course was aubergine in a garlic tomato sauce. For some reason the food is served by putting it on... More

We stumbled on The Real Greek as we wandered around Marylebone prior to visiting the Open Air Theatre at Regent's Park. We were early and had lovely table on the terrace. For a shared starter we ordered the flat bread and tzatziki, a delicious way to start the meal. We both ordered the king prawns in a strong but lovely... More

A RECENTLY REFURBISHED restaurant that I visit almost every week. I love the lunch menu , what a value !! What amazes me is that they have Greek young chefs cooking. As s Greek myself I enjoy watching them cooking.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
