Chose The White Horse for our Easter Sunday lunch and were seated in the upstairs dining room which may lack the ambience of the downstairs area. Both ordered the chicken mainly due to the fact it was expected to come with pigs and blankets and ginger stuffing (which sounds like such a treat). Sadly, it came with neither. And the... More

Katie, Thanks for taking the time to pen a review for us, never nice to read negative comments but equally gives us the opportunity to improve. Lovely to hear about the team and nice of you to separate the good and less than perfect as well. In terms of the roast dinner we have always plated our roasts which does... More

One of the few pubs in London with a great patio. The food is good and the weekend BBQ burgers is a good quick tasty bite. The beer festivals throughout the year are worth a visit.

thanks Jason, awesome to hear. We've got a Yorkshire brewery showcase across the taps all weekend if you're around, and BBQ fired up! More

Ordered our lunch an hour and ten minutes ago. Still waiting for it. Feeling pretty hungry. Staff don't seem to give a hoot.

Dominic, Hi hope your enjoying the sun. Sorry to hear that, let me assure you that we do indeed give a hoot and would love to have some more info so I can delve into this further. Was here lunch time today and had a wonderful time. I have never seen a pub so busy and considering how busy it was the service and the staff in general were pleasant and efficient and chatty when they had a spare second. Beer and choice is second to none and the cote de boeuf which I shared was incredible.... More

Had engagement drinks here and the staff are incredibly rude. They seem to serve their pompous, posh friends at the bar before anyone else, regardless of how long you have been waiting. If you are in their path whilst they are walking around, they stand behind you in silence for a while until you awkwardly notice them after which they... More

Hi Shaq, First of all I'd like to apologise for your bad experience at our pub, this is not at all reflective of how we want to be. We have a team meeting tomorrow and rest assured that I will be discussing the points you have made here and looking to address them as a group. Again, my sincere a... More

Just a quick stop for a pint. Comfortable interior and a fairly large outdoor covered patio give you lots of choices of seats. Fairly lively with lots of people in both areas. Recommended

HI Bruno, First of all thank you for the feedback it is always appreciated. You really are spoiled for choice in terms of where to sit (although in the summer everyone seems to go outside for some reason, wonder why that is?) Thanks again, Harry More

If the bar team had been trafficked into Parsons Green by a brutal triad, subjected to fifty lashes before its shift and forced to work in slippers filled with shards of glass, it would be difficult to imagine a less cooperative crew than that of the White Horse. If my recent visit is anything to go by, the Sloaney Pony's... More

We were recommended to go and have a nice beer and eat something as also the ratings were really good in google. We love to drink different types of beer. However IPA was already sold out by when we were there. We chose to eat roast red meat and fish and chips- the taste was average and the price was... More

I know this is a pub but it did have a reputation for good food. I found the food pretty average and the dining area was tired. Service was good.
