Decent pub but excellent pizza, super surprising. We just went for a drink to sit outside in the sun (we live around the corner) and very surprised to see several people tucking into what looked like superb pizzas. Having had breakfast we weren't hungry but decided to order the dips which come with the pizza bread. Really excellent: divine guacamole,... More

I visited this pub on a recommendation and was glad I did. I found this place incredibly refreshing as someone who is overly critical because I couldn't find fault. The staff were friendly from the get go and throughout. I received honest and knowledgeable recommendations on the beers and wines and was allowed to taste all the craft beers, of... More

We went into this pub on the way back from a meal across the road. The pub itself was lovely and had a nice selection of beers and ciders, and a nice atmosphere. However, the bartender we dealt with was a completely horrible person, with no customer service skills whatsoever. She was rude and arrogant and generally unpleasant to deal... More

loved the pizza - really really good and a great range of craft beer -most of the reviews relate to the old Irish boozer that this used to be which is why it closed down - a great addition to the area and \Ill be using it a lot - well done to to the new team

The Coach&Horses in Clapham has the finest guinness i've consumed outside of Ireland. Most places that you go to in Clapham are expensive to drink in, but the prices are very reasonable here and range between £3.80-£4.50. The food is above your average barfood as everything is homemade. It is what I like to call, "The perfect drinking pub" with... More

We visited the Coach and horses yet again, The last time we were there was ten years ago, The Guiness must be the best outside of Ireland. To my Surprise the Pub has not changed and although small is friendly and welcoming. The food on offer is Sandwiches all with fillings of hot roast beef , salt beef or Gammon... More

A warm and inviting small pub near to Covent Garden. The Guinness is to die for. God bless the Irish landlord for such a wonderful pint.

Your standard British pub, and a good one at that. This establishment sits in a very cool stand alone building, smack dab in the middle of a modern street. Looks like the owner was a hold out, while the neighborhood around him was all built up. The atmosphere was great, exactly what you want in a pub. Service was competent... More

Tucked away in Clerkenwell off busy Farringdon Road, The Coach & Horses is that rare thing a gastropub that does dining and drinking equally well. The restaurant side of it features a concise but very appealing menu; although the selection available changes daily, you can expect to see well done versions of pub classics like fish and chips, pork belly with mash and cabbage, terrines and more. The all year round favourites homemade bread, crispy golden chips and rich, mustard Scotch eggs - also come highly recommended. Wherever possible, the ingredients are seasonal and locally sourced, and if you're lucky you can spot staff foraging for berries on Hampstead Heath, crab apples in Oval or mushrooms in Epping Forest. Pub purists shouldn't worry, though there's plenty of space for drinkers in this subtly refurbished Victorian pub, as well as a good range of beers and a lovingly crafted wine list.
