Especially at the very social price if 3.50£ per piece including a free helping if fresh delicious salads. I hope these guys stay there forever! I even met regulars from the Middle East you keep coming back for years when in London!! Cool place. Outside seating- al fresco. Extreme value!!

I was tired, hungry, and jet laggef looking for a quick bite to eat near my hotel when I stumbled upon Taza Kebab House. My mixed chicken and lamb Shwarma was only £4 and delicious! The pita and meat were grilled panini style until the outside was a little crisp, then stuffed with a slaw mix and two mystery white... More

This is the cheapest halal place you will find in London esp Bayswater. It is not only cheap but has a great taste to offer. The shawarmas and kebabs were super delicious Highly recommended.

My husband and I always make a point of getting a falafel from here when we visit London. It is authentic, delicious, and tastier than all other falafels around. The guys behind the counter are friendly. The place itself, however, is not tidy and clean, especially if it's busy. It is pretty cheap. We will always come back here when... More

For first timers be prepared to queue and endure the heat from the grills and less than friendly operators. All of the food here is good but I particularly prefer the lamb kebab. Prices are reasonable but there are other comparable places.

Growing up in the Middle East has made me a bit of a shawarma snob. I have roamed around London looking for the best chicken shawarma in town and Taza wins hands down. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Edgware Road if you're in search of the real deal. At £3.50, this is both the cheapest and the... More

The best lamb shawarma we have ever tasted in London. Generous helping and it is MUST whenever we are here. Highly recommended.

All of the food we tried was delicious...very good hummus and kebabs. VERY cramped and crowded so be prepared to be close to your neighbors. Service was fine, but not amazing.

It's good and the guy is nice. It has 2 tables outside so you can eat in the street. The food is good but smells too much, anyways i have not found any kebab that does not smell like a kebab

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
