I attended a corporate party for more than 1k people at Hakwer House and I was amazed. The venue is hip and cool, full of great food choices that cater for all tastes. Music was even better and the whole space has a wonderful atmosphere....I'd definitely be back. As a tip, I loved the vegetarian burgers and also the steak and fries, and one of my colleagues gave a lot of praise to the arepas.More

My boyfriend and I were really looking forward to streetfeast after hearing great reviews from friends. Although the food was great, the staff were very rude and when we escalated this to the manager she did little to resolve the matter. We emailed in a...complaint that was not handled professionally- it was handled by the same manager that ‘dealt with’ our issues on the night. As we have not had an adequate response to our complaint we will not be returning to streetfeast and urge others not to go to this poorly run venue.More

Hawker House has that instant trendy feel where you enter to belong with the in-crowd. However, despite this feeling, it is great if you love street food and just chilling out with friends or with a significant other. Depending on the street food available and...the event you will get an array of flavours with pricing to suit. It is an open space with the usual clamour for seating, but with patience, you will find a suitable spot. With a simple concept, you simply get an area to enjoy the fashionable street food scene. It is well put together and there is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Well worth a visit, especially when an event is held.More

Visited on a friends recommendation. Seems to be a converted warehouse of some sort with an array of food stalls a very well stocked bar, pool tables and lots of EDM! Enjoyed the food (though the portion sizes can be improved). Would definitely recommend a...visit if you're in the Canada Water/ Surrey Quays area.More

If you are a foodie and love variety then this is the place for you. The selection of food is great and there’s a bar too. I would get there before 7pm as there’s an entry charge after 7. But yeah, a foodie’s heaven!

Re used warehouse, offering seatings and various food bars and some drinks. Beer was ok, food as well, but wouldnt say something special.

May 2019 Street food festival sort of stalls located inside a warehouse like arena. 8 stalls in total including one indian. Approximately 6£ to 8£ per dish and portion was very standard, neither large or small. Good fun to hangout with group or show around...london visitors. Not worth traveling for this but definite choice to choose when you are within proximity. Venezuelan chicken and wood fried pizza were the hot winners.More

It's a vast warehouse. No, it really it. Imagine a branch of B&Q without any stock. Or queues at the checkout. You enter past flaming oil barrels. It's all very Stephen King. Inside is a cornucopia of really delicious food. Grab a seat (good luck...with that, it gets packed) and wander around the edge of this vast cavern of a place to choose from the many 'stalls' that sell their freshly made offerings. Excellent burgers, good dim sum, Mexican, Japanese... the list goes on. Gallons of beers, cocktails, wine, gin... no shortage of choice to wash it all down. Everything that we've tried was delicious & we've been here at least for times. It's fast, it's fun, it's tasty. If you're a Millenial you'll love it, and if you're like me, you'll still love & wonder where the years went.More

This is a great venue. It was a recommendation of a friend who lives close by. It is still a bit cold at the moment so there were no stalls outside but the outside area is huge and must be great in the summer to...have some drinks and food. Inside it was very cosy too. Heating was on, music was playing. Not too loud so you could have a conversation easily. The food is Ok. There are some good stalls and some which are just average. Some of them are a bit overpriced in my opinion. You will definitely find something to your liking. Drink wise it is great. You get good Gin's, a good variety of wine and beers on draught which included Goose IPA, Spaten from Munich etc. Very nice!! Very good place to start the evening or just stay there. It is close to Canada Water Station so easy to get there and get home late. As I already said I can't wait for summer to go back :-)More

Came with a friend on a Saturday night. Amazing place. So much variety on food and drink. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend the Indian. And being starving when you arrive. Brilliant vibe. Would be worth having a work party here!

When I first went to Hawker House, it was all inside, with a great variety of places to eat. Now, it is half outside with less places to eat and more to drink. The food is still amazing with some hidden gems, and the best...one in the Street Feast range. I would definitely go here if you have people who enjoy different things.More

Great place to host this. Things for kids to do. Very well thought out. Nice warmth outside, with the fires. Lots of choice for food. We ate lots of food! Too much to write about :) but these always change anyway :)

I hadn’t visited Hawker House for about a year so was shocked to visit with friends and see it had shrunk and was a shadow of its former self. Far fewer food outlets and what was there was overpriced for what you got. I guess...it is winding down and going to close soon. Which is a shame as it was a great addition to the area.More

It seemed like a few of the food options had closed. I don’t eat meat and there were maybe 3 things I could eat which was a bit disappointing, mostly slightly over priced burgers. The games are a good idea just need some lights for...the outside as you can’t play those after a certain time as it’s too dark. Ok cocktails and plenty of seating.More

This place has scaled back considerably and is about half the size it was. Not necessarily a bad thing but some babies have been thrown out with the bathwater. Thank god the most excellent pizza remains and there's a decent wine bar. These anchor it...for me. I have yet to experience the epicness of the curry place. It's always run out by the time I get there. I'm missing Mexicana sorely. Bring it back. I was also all psyched up to try to weird Yum Bun(?) dessert, but it's not there anymore. It's a bit of a dessert desert, save for chin chin labs ice-cream. Which is to be celebrated, however they won't just sell you ice-cream, you have to have a monster dessert for a fiver weighing in at 5000 calories. I'm looking for a little dessert, not diabetes. Cocktails are so-so. In one bar they are on tap. Beers are OK, but this is beer mile country. Our standards are very high. Needs an injection of enthusiasmMore
