Lunchtime menu served speedily by efficient and friendly staff. Tasty, well-presented and good-sized portions for main and desert. Tap water offered on arrival and the lack of pressure to buy drinks was a plus. Good value. Good experience.

This is the first time we have visited a Jamie's Italian and we were not disappointed at all! Havent been to Liverpool either so to sit in the sun in a very nice shopping area and have one of the nicest Italian meals we have ever had was a lovely experience All the four meals including the chicken lollipops for... Can't understand the negative reviews, our third visit and enjoyable again.Crab bruschetta starter a little over done and, therefore, hard to eat with a knife and fork.My main, primavera chicken was very tasty and we were given free nibbles and desserts because we joined the Gold Club.Contrary to other reviews, our waiter was extremely friendly and efficient.

It's with some disappointment that I provide a critical view of this restaurant as Jamie Oliver is pretty much my favourite TV chef and the 3 or 4 cook books i have of his are excellent. However I am sure he would be greatly embarrassed by the service available in this establishment bearing his name. Having been asked by my... More

We visited this establishment last week as we fancied pasta,I had prawn linguine and my wife had crab. Both meals were served less than hot and my prawns were like warm rubber, there was a significant absence of crab in my wife's dinner and we both left the majority of our meals on our plates.I can only describe both meals as resembling... This has to be the worst restaurant I had ever been. The service was horrible. After we were ushered to our table, we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before someone actually took our order. Throughout this 40 mins, we were trying to get both the waiters and waitress attention and each time we were told someone will be... More

Food was average and took time to be served. Place was a little bit grubby..food bits on floor from previous customers and group of 15 was overcharged by 120 pounds which took ages to resolve. Bit disappointed with place really.

Shockingly disinterested staff. Pretentious with no warmth. Lighting so bad we struggled to read the menu. Given the number of covers the wait to order and be served was far too long. Ordered tomato salad which came on a platter and could have fed 4 people - such a waste. Really gimmicky and service totally detracted from the food.

Description
JAMIE'S ITALIAN LIVERPOOL A partnership between Jamie Oliver and his Italian mentor, chef Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie's Italian has won thousands of fans for its delicious and affordable food since launching their first restaurant in Oxford in May 2008. The Jamie's Italian menu is based on dishes you'd find people eating all over Italy, made with care but delivered without fuss. The family-friendly restaurants are all about serving up rustic, Italian food made using the best possible ingredients, plus fresh pasta that's made on-site every day, and an award-winning children's menu, too. Situated in the bustling Liverpool One shopping centre, Jamie's Italian Liverpool has something for everyone. When the sun is out, relax after an afternoon of shopping in our outside dining area and in the cooler weather, sit upstairs in a cosy corner by the window and watch the world go by. The restaurant also boasts an upstairs area which is the perfect place to celebrate special occasions as whole areas can be reserved for up to 50 people. Don't forget to visit the beautiful little deli shop on your way out where they sell a variety of amazing products for you to take away.
