Service good, food a bit cheap tasting for the prices charged, chips with chilli were cold but I didn't complain as was too hungry to wait!! Nice atmosphere and beautiful location...probably just unlucky with my food.

I was in Liverpool for a few days recently for a friend's 60th birthday. We found What's Cooking on Albert Dock and we loved it so much we ate there two nights in a row. The staff are so friendly (Lucy, in particular, was asking about our day and being very helpful), the garlic cheese bread is to die for... More

I came here on a whim with my partner, and didn't regret it. I had a steak the size of my head for a good price and the wine was delicious. Waiting staff were average, however the bar staff were particularly friendly and a credit to the restaurant. I would certainly consider eating here again.

Visited today after Mattel play after reading the menu in the car on the way over. Menu looked great. We were not disappointed. The food portion size was massive so great value for money. I had the southern fried chicken and a side of garlic mushrooms. OMG they were beautiful. My husband had the chicken papousas and again it was... More

We ate here as the restaurant happened to be next door to our hotel. We would eat here again! When we arrived there was a short wait on food so we went to the bar and had a cocktail, staff were really helpful in making a non-alcoholic cocktail for my partner as he does not drink. All our drinks were... More

Stopped for a light supper while walking in the area. Ordered a plate of nachos to share and got more than we bargained for. Big plate full of chips salsa and jalapeños. More than enough for a lighter supper but we ate them all.
