This pub used to be a Wetherspoons by all account.Wish it still was.Went in to watch the football on the big screen, which was great. The real ales on offer,a good range I might add, where terrible. In fact almost undrinkable. The only saving grace was the gorgeous Veronica behind...More

Very disappointing meal , chips so dark , obviously cooked in dirty oil, side of mushrooms swimming in old oil, burger like a bit of Carpet underlay but crispier, 2 meals with 2 sides just under £20 ,so not that reasonable for something so inedible

Has just changed ownership, was previously Wetherspoons, so menu not as varied as it used to be, but will probably get more established, the chicken burger was more like a whole breast very filling and tasty.
