The bathroom was very nice too, although we did both find that the water temperature in the shower had a tendancy to change of it's own accord every time we showered. We found the staff... More

Great food, caring service. Nothing was too much trouble although they were near to closing. The scones were warm and the coffee very good indeed. Give it a try!

Visited Grasmere for the day and looked for lunch but nothing too expensive. Noticed pulled pork bagette and through we'd give it a go. Great sandwich, big and with a side of salad and stangley doritos (not needed). Really friendly staff, free wifi and nice lunch.

Back in Grasmere again, and had a late lunch at Heidi's. Two adults, a baby and two damp dogs. No hesitation from the staff, we were welcomed warmly and friendly, we sat inside at a table with plenty of space, comfy chairs and a highchair for the baby. Food was very tasty and nice to see specials on the menu,... More

Although they got one part of order wrong, they bent over backwards to correct it and we're very friendly and courteous. Well worth the visit and cannot recommend enough!!!
