Nice little coffee shop serving excellent strong, hot coffee that you can drink without scolding your mouth, served by friendly staff and with good cakes to eat. Went twice while in the area for two days and would have gone again if we stayed longer....More

Had a very pleasant visit to Cockermouth and particularly enjoyed our scones and tea at the Moon and Sixpence. The stilton and bacon scones were absolutely delicious. Good atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderfully friendly and welcoming little coffee shop!! Fantastically prepared and served Carvetii coffee coupled with wonderful homemade cakes and scones. The coconut and almond cake is out of this world, closely followed by the lemon curd cake. Can't wait to return very soon.
