After a day of exploring, stumbled across this delightful cafe for some lunch. Great choice on the menu (the missus loved the soya smoothie) and staff very friendly and accommodating. Lunch was good portion size too.

Delightful cafe with a great menu. Staff were very friendly and the milkshakes and iced coffee were very good!

Nice choice of food. Friendly staff would recommend the egg Benedict and the coffee is great just to my liking 😀

We popped in on the off chance for a bit of lunch. We certainly weren't disappointed. Nice wide choice on the menu of both eats and drinks. Everything was plentiful and extremely fresh. Staff were cheerful, friendly and pleasant. Thought the pricing was very keen too. What's not to like?

Having a wander around town. This place looked nice enough. Very clean. Free WiFi. A good amount of filling in the sandwiches. Jerk chicken had a slight kick to it. Happy if it was spicier. Cakes were wonderful. Victoria sponge as good as I have has. Really light. Happy to recommend. Could the staff smile more? Maybe yes but certainly... More

Great food, great setting but miserable and indifferent staff (young man waiter was the exception to the rest.) Real real shame, probably try somewhere different next time.

Visited JavaBean numerous times as worked just up the road - really delicious food. Pricey but definitely worth it.

I recently had lunch at The Javabean. What an extensive menu with so many options. My son is not allowed salt in his diet and the young man serving us was extremely helpful in checking with the kitchen the ingredients in the food he selected. The coffee was excellent, as expected from the name of the cafe! And the food... More

My wife made me walk all the way from the Victoria place shopping centre as she had been to this eatery before. I'm so glad she did as the food was fabulous we both had different sandwiches and they we're freshly made and we're quickly made. All the staff were really friendly and happy to help and for where we... More
