Very helpful organising lunch for a group of narrow boaters - good selection for all of us. We had to pre-order but it was good and arrived promptly. And the beer was good too - interesting selection and well kept

After reading reviews, we decide the Chafford Arms might be a good choice for a midweek lunchtime visit. We were not disappointed. Our party ordered Steak & Ale pie, Bangers & Mash (3 quality sausages!) and Beef Cobbler. Each dish was accompanied by a large...More

Paul & Jackie offer an uncomfortable welcome to sour your pint - We were admittedly a large group who stumbled across this pub after a short walk from our campsite. We arrived at 12 to a near empty pub and not wanting our kids to...More

We were a family party of 10 celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday. The food and service were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome in this charming country pub. A relaxing and very enjoyable occasion.
