We walked along the cliffs from the national trust carpark, took about 50 - 60mins. We found a seat in the little court yard out the back because we had the dog with us. We had very nice tea and scones. The China pots, cups and saucers were lovely. Very busy inside with long queues but served quite quickly.

Relax and get ready for the long walk along the White Cliffs. This is the only place you can find some refreshments.

we had a pot of tea and a slice of Victoria sponge, very nice, the tea served in bone china cups - the décor is all 1940s, with 78 records played on an old radiogram, with stacks of old newspapers to browse through -the first one i picked up headlined Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin just landed on the Moon!... Best way to reach this is to walk from White Cliffs Visitor Centre as quite difficult to find by car. No car park. There is parking for disabled in grounds. Two old fashioned decorated rooms with 1940s music to cast you back into time The food and drink is lovely, if rather a little high in price Cream tea a... More

Stopped here whilst on a cliff top walk. After an hours walk in blustery conditions we came across the tea rooms which is based at an old lighthouse. We had tea & homemade cake which was excellent. The good thing is that they also cater for dog walkers with water bowls provided.

On a walk over the White Cliffs of Dover, we got peckish and the knowledge of a Tea Room up ahead meant we fancied a good old cuppa. Upon arrival we were greeted by this fantastic lighthouse, we walked in to the Tearoom, it was fantastic, I love anything 1940's - 50's - 60's so walking into Mrs Knott's was... More

Great location overlooking the sea. Friendly staff with one in particular who gave lots of information on the history of the place. Excellent tea sets etc, unique. Very busy and this meant slower service and some waiting for hot scones.

we walked from the White Cliffs along to the lighthouse on a hot Friday. We were pleased to have lunch and a lovely cup of tea. We also had a dog and they're were plenty of water bowls about. It's worth the walk

After a very long walk and reaching the Lighthouse, Mrs Knott's Tea Room is such a treat. We really enjoyed our scones and tea. Tea pots and decors are cute. There are 2 toilets available for customers. There is a bit of a queue as most people would need a toilet after 4 to 5 hours of walk.
