Great start to the day, with a Wetherspoon's breakfast. Standard fayre, but served with a smile. Couldn't fault it, cheers!

Central to the town, great selection of beers and ales on tap at reasonable prices. Very comfortable ambiance. Loved it.

The venue itself could do with a bit of an update but the staff are always helpful and efficient. I don't think you can find better value food and drink than in a wetherspoons. We were a party of six and and we all ate for less than £40 and three of those meals came with a drink!! The food... More

The ideal Pub for a cheap lunch, quick service, nicely cooked and something for everybody. even my Lady friend who is a vegetarian found some thing to her liking. The staff are very affable and accommodating as she is not chip lover she asked for mash potatoes with her meal and they obliged with no problem.

Had the gourmet beef burger for lunch, was excellent value for money and the waitress girl had excellent customer service skills, will definitely return when next in the area.

Cheap and cheerful food, good choice of ales which vary each month. Not the best wetherspoons I have been in as the pub is a bit dull.

A girlfriend and I stopped here after visiting the cliffs of Dover by train from London. Which by the way was very easy to do as a day trip. Coming from the US I was very surprised to find vegetarian food in a smaller town. In the US I'd find a salad and maybe a vegetarian soup if I was... More
