Make sure you book. We went twice after discovering the Restaurant last week and both times fully booked. Restaurant area set above large area where you can buy local produce including marvellous fish and meats display. The hubbub of the shoppers. Adds to the atmosphere. Staff excellent and menu changes frequently. Quality and taste of food makes me want to... More

Had meal on Easter Saturday following recommendation from family who live in Kent. Excellent meal was enjoyed by all, service was friendly and efficient. However after ordering Hake, of which was not available changed it to Wild Pigeon - whilst checking the bill the following day realised we were charged for the Hake and also 3 desserts of which we... Thoroughly enjoyable lunch on Good Friday with seasonal produce and fine wines. With the exception of the hostess, we received wonderful service from our waiter and at £30 per head for two courses and wine, it was good value.

Chilled out and relaxed evening with no loud music just lots of chattering and laughter. Menu not not huge but this tells you it is quality and prepared to order. Our table ordered a variety and everyone was pleased with their choice.I had the ribeye steak and the reduced sauce was absolutely delicious and very few restaurant bother to make it... Lovely market building and great atmosphere. Stalls were closed when we ate at the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Retro crockery and glasses. Food is delicious. The vegetarian platter sounds boring and needs a more appetising name to match the dish: a small dish of green onion minty soup with a blob of yogurt; shredded green veg with a... More

Had a truly memorable meal here with friends... the food was delicious and the choice of cocktails and wine didn't leave us wanting. The surroundings and atmosphere made it perfect for a Saturday night with friends, and the gypsy tart was delicious and a generous portion :-)

There's cake and sausage rolls on sale an Italian pizza place . The smells here are wonderful . Situated close to Canterbury West station , so it can be your first stop... More

Visited here for lunch and just to have a look round, my friend asked for a decaf black coffee and was charged £2.50, I wonder if customers pay towards the lease of the building? Outside seating would be nicer if it was fenced off rather than being in the car park but perhaps along with the food they also consider... More

A perfectly wonderful, informal lunch with a friendly, happy atmosphere. The food was fresh, well cooked and seasoned and just enough of everything to make you miss savouring it when you had finished. The artisan food was prepared as we watched, our fellow diners friendly but non-invasive and the retailers goods in the in the farmers market were all of an...
