Leorna's kitchen is small, very friendly and comfortable. The menu is small but interesting and the food is delicious. Home cooking at its best. I live in Canterbury and go there time and time again when I need to stay in town for lunch. I always choose it even though there are a myriad of eating places in Canterbury. Try... More

I employed Leonora's Kitchen as caterers for my sixtieth birthday lunch party of forty people. The food was exceptionally good. I ordered a Moroccan feast. It was absolutely delicious there was an excellent choice of dishes and wonderful deserts. I will definitely use them again and many of the guests took flyers with Leonora's Kitchen's details on hoping to use... More

Me; It is safe to say I became a regular at Leonora's, after going there once - I couldn't help myself. Food: Perfect combination of delicious family/home style cooked food and a pro Chef. Not to forget the local food and ingredients that make the meal that much more fresh and delicious. Atmosphere; As the place is made up of... More

Despite a very busy, tiring day we were warmly welcomed just a few minutes before the tea shop was closing. Understandably, given the lateness of our arrival our choice was limited but fortunately our number one favourite, chocolate brownie, was still available. Possibly the best we've ever had which we thoroughly enjoyed with a good cup of coffee and a... More

We went to Leonora's kitchen having seen the reviews on Tripadvisor and we were certainly not disappointed. I had the pasta with white wine and cream with chicken. It was a lovely meal and very filling. It certainly tasted homemade and fresh. This was part of a two courses for £10 offer which is very good value. The staff were... More

Absolutely super small café in the back streets of Canterbury. We visited knowing nothing of its reputation and had an excellent lunch. A lady with mobility problems who was obviously a regular was helped out of the door and on to her mobility scooter in such a caring way it was obvious that this really is a place where the... More

This is a lovely venue with great service. The food is all homemade and fresh. Two good sized courses for £10 with a big pot of fresh loose leafed tea (extra) were delicious. There's a really nice atmosphere to this place, with locals and tourists both filling it up. It's one of the nicer cafes/bistros in town.

We stumbled across Leonora's on our way to the cathedral. And what a find! the owner was so accommodating - made us feel relaxed, listened to our various requirements - and delivered. All the plain scones had sold out. the owner offered to bake some if I could wait 15 minutes. this would be her third batch of baking them... More
