Out of the chains I think this is the worst! Service was bad there wasn't any greeting and it took a long time for our coffees to come, it wasn't that busy so it shouldn't of taken so long, also the drinks weren't that nice...More

Used to us this a lot and considered it one of the very best. Comfortable places to sit and read (their) newspapers. However, stopped going because I think the coffee blend has changed and it now leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. Really don't enjoy it anymore...More

Visit this place for the upstairs seating. The food is standard for caffe nero, the service is friendly (genuinely as opposed to fake retail).

Coffee is good quality and service is good. Toilets are shared and were clean when we visited. Small flies flying around near the seats close to toilets, annoying. Many one cup coffee and stay forever people using wifi.

My family and I stopped off for a drink after a day out in Canterbury. The service was good, the staff were polite and efficient and our drinks were lovely. However, my daughter needed to go to the toilet and I was not impressed with...More
