I visited the cafe with a group of walkers. There were ten of us, but without any fuss, the tables in the tiny garden were grouped together to enable us to all sit together. We only wanted a snack, and we were all served very quickly. The soup that day was Celery and Stilton, delicious. Others had croque monsieur, sausage... More

Recovering from 'dodgy tummies' my wife and I only wanted a quick digestible snack and came across this unpretentious looking little restaurant on the way from the rail station. We had the soup of the day, spinach and vegetable, which was absolutely delicious - quite the best we have had for yonks. It came with a very good bread roll... More

I went in there because it had an "excellence" rating on tripadvisor sticker on the window. It seemend really nice but When I came to the counter it took the lade 2 minutes to ask me what I want eventhough there was no costumer and she had nothing to prepare. I ordered a Cafe Latte and a tart with some... More

This was our second visit to Cafe St. Pierre, the first being a couple of years ago on an earlier visit to Canterbury. We stopped in for an afternoon pick-me-up and had both a quiche and fruit tart. Both were excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Could be seen as being a little pretentious, or a great idea for a theme, I am still thinking that out ;-) Good croissants & coffee, and would go back when in the area. Patisseries looked inviting.

LOVE this cafe, Michel and his team are nothing short of marvellous! Friendly and attentive service without being intrusive, superb choice of baguettes, salads, pastries and tarts. It's always clean and nothing is ever too much trouble. Coupled with the charming courtyard, it's perfect for that overdue catch up with friends and family, or for simply having quality time your... Love Cafe St Pierre lots and took friends there for coffee prior to Faversham trip... strange really that when you introduce folk to something/somewhere, you see it again, with eyes refreshed and new... this ab fab cafe is a jewel in the crown of Canterbury and although there are many coffee shops/tea places, CSP for me is as authentic as... This is a perfect place to start the day. A lovely display of pastries and savouries, all of which you can enjoy in very comfortable surroundings and with a very pleasant atmosphere. Give the well known Coffee houses a miss and use this establishment which gives you a very traditional feel of being in France.
