We found this restaurant after reading the reviews for their gluten free options. Good menu choices for Celiacs, most options have a gluten free alternative not the pasta items though. Very friendly and attentive staff, would definitely return again

We went here for my sister's birthday. Me and my father arrived too early, as my mother and sister were running late so that we wouldn't lose the table, and we were served a glass at the bar at no extra cost. Once the others...More

Went last night for a dinner for four with friends. Great food and service and not to expensive. I would recommend this restaurant. Serves the biggest Creme Brûlée I’ve ever seen!

Cafe du Soleil is situated beside the river Stour in Canterbury occupying a former 18th century wool store and is accessed by its own bridge over the river. The building was restored with a grant from English Heritage and showcases the extensive use of reclaimed building material from the 14C city wall. Our cuisine draws influence from Provence in southern France, and from Italy, to create a modern Mediterranean cuisine. The menu changes with the seasons, and much of our food is cooked in our wood burning oven, fed with locally sourced wood from managed forest.
