Quaint old pub, with 'Best Pub' ratings on the wall outside. Excellant choice of Real Ales,Stouts, Liquer and Spirits. I wanted a good tasty meal, a range of vegetables were not on the menu, I felt limited. I ended up with a chicken curry with a salad, - not too hot as it turned out, but lacked culinary umph! on... My pal and me had a day out in Ledbury and came across the Prince of Wales pub - an ancient edifice situated in a different century (I would guess about 1500) - which served numerous real ales, a huge choice of whiskeys wines and spirits and which had a great atmosphere. I emphasize - drink only in moderation!

Looks better from the outside but keeps a little of it's character internally. The real ales were not bad, but nothing special, however it was the Sunday roast beef lunch that was significant for me. At only £7.50 I wasn't expecting much. There was a large plateful of "beef", potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, peas and white cabbage. It was tasteless,... More

We had a very interesting day with the militaria providing a very moving day out with their Pomp and Ceremony re-the hundred years anniversary of the Battle of the Somme .A very respectful gathering of the Parade of all the various Forces with a Special commendation to the Battleship HMS Ledbury which had special connotations to the Town of Ledbury... There were plenty ales to choose from and were well looked after. I like the darker ales and sometimes it is difficult to locate them, but I was spoiled for choice here. The bar staff were friendly as well as the locals. Even enjoyed a bit of local music on our visit

Stopped here for a well earned pint after our walk. Friendly welcoming staff and real ale. We didn't eat here but the food looked good.

Met a couple of friends here on TA comments and we were not disappointed. This quaint old pub has a lovely homely atmosphere and the food was plentiful, tasty and extremely good value.
