I have visited Irish pubs all over the world and I have to say O’Neills is up there with the best. A fantastic selection of beers and wine and always a warm greeting by the very tentative and professional team. Good proper pub grub with...More

Visited here with a friend while we were over for a weekend escape. Good location on the high street and close to all shops. Very good pub grub, we shared nachos and followed with Bison burgers on the staff recommendation. Both dishes very tasty. Fine...More

O'Neills is always a good solid brand to get a beer and really decent pub food but sometimes you will discover 1 or 2 that go that much further. The Winchester branch is one of those. I have been here on a few occasions and...More

The pub was empty, and two bar staff were talking and joking while I waited to be served. I had to cough to get their attention in the end. I didn't have any food as I noticed one of the barmen pick his nose and...More

Hi Winchesterbred, I am disappointed to hear that you were upset I was enjoying a drink at the bar on my time off. We serve a great range of drinks and the quality is of a consistent excellent standard so sometimes I do pop in...More

Can't go wrong for a quick drink after work in the sunny courtyard, or a starting point before a night out. Good drinks prices and offerings, and friendly welcoming staff.
