We have been using this establishment for over 10 years and the last 3 times we’ve used it it’s getting worse, last time I had no salad when I asked for it and this time the pitta was I toasted and stale.!! No garlic mayo but loads of chilli sauce so had to throw it away, no care is taken anymore and it’s a shame as we have loved our kebabs from here and felt it was a real treat but it’s just disappointing and not good value for money when it goes in the bin.
I called to say no salad was added and it’s just an inconvenience to them and no offer if salad being delivered just wanted to get off the phone.
It’s sad to say I will be looking fir a new kebab house that delivers to Hilsea.

Good was good and had good portion size, but delivery was bad! Was waiting for delivery for over and hour and a half on a Wednesday night!!!

We have used the best kebab for years but the last 2 orders have been really disappointing, cold food and we only live 3 minutes away, missing food so not great at all .

Ordered through just-eat ,
Placed order at 12pm, was told it would be delivered at 1pm. (order was marked as dispatched at 12:55pm)
1.45pm still no food had arrived.
As order was 45 minutes late rang the restaurant to cancel the order and refund it. (only get 45 minutes lunch)
Food never arrived and still have no refund. BEWARE
Having to charge back credit card to get the money back.

We have been eating from here for over 6 years now. Not once have we been disappointed.
Food is always piping hot, perfectly cooked and very tasty.
Usually go for the healthier options of Chicken Kebab, Shish Kebab or special Shish with Rice. They know not to offer me the bread as well.
Usually there are the options of free chips, onion rings or pop, but as I don’t want any of these I usually get bottled water.
Service over the phone is always polite, order repeated back so there is no confusion.
Only a coupon times has the order taken a while to come, but understandable if ordering at busy times.
Never had a bad experience yet.

I am actually writing this review instead of eating the meal I ordered because I am so disappointed in this takeaway. This is second time this has happened so I will not be ordering again. Rang up and because of last time I was clear and concise as to my order. However when it turned up it was wrong again. Things missing or not what was ordered. Rang to complain to be met with “Hmmmm, what do you want me to do”
My advice is do nothing as I won’t be ordering from your takeaway again and I hope that in reading this review, a potential customer may also go elsewhere.

I am annoyed I have to give one star. Interesting to see that lots of local people are finding this restaurant lacking in detail and any customer service so I am satisfied that I am not just overreacting.

Just had a lovely Dona Kebab from this place. Although ordered a small kebab it was packed with lovely kebab meat and crunchy lettuce and onion and tomato. Very good quality and excellent delivery service too as arrived half an hour before estimated time.

This food is amazing but after over 10 years my order was messed up, when I rung back I am told “ customer is always right “ however wanted to charge for additional money for the correct order …. DISAPPOINTED…….. that this relationship is broken, not sure if this is a new member of staff or someone having a bad day ! !

Was searching for the best kebab shop in town, and I can certainly say I found it!!
Very quick and respectful staff which is always a benefit. Would definitely recommend!!

Love this place. Always get my kebabs from here. Regardless if I have been on a night out or just sat chilling indoors. Its all in the name!!!
