Great food for breakfast with all the trimmings and fair portion size & value. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere during the day & evenings. Only issue it is very small and is a challenge to sit anywhere or stand without having to move for everyone going past to the toilets.

By far the best breakfast i have ever eaten in a resteraunt or cafe, after years of exploring breakfast locations in Portsmouth i have finally found the best, i come back time and time again and the Food and drink is consistently brilliant, the staff are an asset to the experience too!

Visited about 1 month ago and the service was awful, we was served by a young guy named Kieran i believe. He was incredibly rude to all the customers and put so many people in the room off from staying any longer than we needed to, we specifically asked for the name so we could remember to mention on here!... I'd have the celt as my last meal. Brilliant tiny place with real character. A proper favourite of my friends and I.

Lovely little place. Although quite dark for breakfast time. The breakfast was good. We opted for an Irish breakfast and a butty all freshly cooked and tasty. Shenanigans is always are first choice for breakfast

It's ok. Nothing special. Lacks presentation and the place feels a bit grubby. A big fry up that you can get cheaper elsewhere. I'm sure with the addition of beer some may love this place but for breakfast there are much better places.

Always my first choice when going for a breakfast in Portsmouth. Good quality food cooked to perfection, i've taken many people there for the first time and they are never dissapointed. I have also recently turned vegan and they are very accommodating to this which is an added bonus for me :)

The service here is friendly and efficient, the breakfasts are awesome and the clientele are friendly and welcoming. A great local that serves the best pint of Guinness in Portsmouth. Well worth a visit (or regular visits, in my case) !

Had a lovely breakfast experience here on a recent sunday morning. Sat outside in the sun watching the world go by eating delicious irish brekkie including potato pancake and lorne sausage. Lots of options available and great coffee to boot.
