In spite of the impact of the Corona virus, the Hive is alive and kicking serving delicious takeaway sandwiches, salads and takeaway meals. Their cheese scones are a delicious accomp to soup and their bread is simply the best! The quality is as brilliant as...ever and we all need to support them to keep them going in these difficult times.More

We stopped by the Hive during a quick visit to Stow on the Wold and am so glad we did! The two ladies at the shop were incredibly friendly and my daughter was delighted to be treated to some marshmallows while we waited for our...coffees & some of the best scones ever. Some how managed to convey that warm and cosy feeling through a takeaway experience.. Great place.More

Not sure why it’s taken me this long to write this review given that for the last 3 years I’ve been to the Hive almost every week! Best cafe in the Cotswolds, a must do for anyone in the Stow area. Food is fantastic (yes,...all of it and I’ve tried it all) the staff are warm and welcoming. Worth the 30 mile round trip for!More

We popped into this little place on a day out in Stow. They are very organised and COVID safe. Queuing outside and one customer in the shop at a time. The food was takeaway and everything we had tasted fantastic. I had the orange spice...cake tea and it was lovely. However, the most important thing was the experience of getting food was lovely. The ladies who served us were so chatty and friendly and it was such a pleasant experience. We will definitely go back here again when visiting Stow. Highly recommend it.More

Popped in for tea and scones during a quick visit to Stow on the Wold. Really lovely, cosy place with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend it and dog friendly! Also some of the nicest, cleanest toilets I have seen! (with a baby changing table...of you need it). We will be back😊More

Came here for lunch last week. The place was full of people so it was a nice atmosphere. I had the quiche with two salads - Asian slaw and warm potato - the Asian slaw was to die for! Lovely place and very welcoming staff....My friend was particularly impressed with the leek and cauliflower soup!More

Visited this amazing place with our small puppy Ziggy in tow. They couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming to all of us and to make it even better the bacon sarnies were amazing; as was the coffee. Thank you all so much for the...wonderful service and hospitality despite being inundated with other customers. Got some takeaway pastries too 😁 Super clean toilets too!!!More

Breakfast choice for us. The Hive was certainly busy but the operation was very organised and there attention to customer service was awesome. Great food. Recommended.
