We went for breakfast with our friends, sitting in the pretty garden at the back of the cafe, which was a little oasis of calm away from the busy high street, I ordered American pancakes with blueberry compote & Greek yogurt, and my husband had...American pancakes with bacon & maple syrup. Both were absolutely delicious, and generous portions. Our friends ordered a bacon roll & a sausage roll, again, really tasty! There was also a varied menu, including full English breakfast & vegetarian options - lots of choices for our next visit. The cafe has a very welcoming atmosphere & the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our waitress ensured we had all the condiments we needed & checked everything was to our liking, Great service & food! I would absolutely recommend you visit this lovely cafe. You won’t be disappointed!More

Stopped off at The Cotswold Tea Shop on our way home from a weekend trip. The pot of tea was the best I have had in ages, along with a very generous slice of coffee and walnut cake. Lovely clean surroundings and very helpful friendly...staff. Pretty outdoor seating too. Will certainly return. Thanks.More

The new owners are doing a brilliant job. Great food and friendly service. Really enjoyed the quiche from the specials board and the cakes are out of this world! Will definitely be going back soon.

Staying at the nearby Caravan Club site, we strolled into town for coffee and a treat. The coffee was excellent - rich, smooth and piping hot. But the scones (both plain and fruited) were the best we've had, and we've sampled a fair few on...our travels. So light and fresh. Warm from the oven, but not reheated there to perk them up (a common ploy!). Front of house lady was very cheerful and pleasant, she raised the spirits in these gloomy covid-ridden times.More

We enjoyed the food but found the service a little strange, and the cafe as a whole was very busy and didn't feel very Covid safe. Tables are close together.
