The Daffodil Restaurant was once a stylish Art Deco cinema. It retains the sweeping staircase and impressive Grand Circle which is now the bar. Large space for diners with a stage where once the screen stood. It was a Monday night and we were entertained...More

I popped in with a friend for drinks and was really surprised at how tired the place looked, which is a real shame as it looks so appealing from the outside. We had drinks which were served in water marked glasses, giving them an unclean...More

We arrived for dinner at 7 pm but were offered a choice of the set early ticket menu (strictly speaking, available before 7) or the carte. We decided to go for the former - it's incredibly good value - but perhaps that was a mistake...More

We visited The Daffodil for lunch today. The service was impeccable and the lunch time 3 course meal with a glass of prosecco was not only delicious but a great price too. Can't wait to visit again.

We went for the bottomless brunch and wasn’t hugely impressed with the food or bottomless offer! Food was average and you have to wait till every member on the table has finished before top ups. We ended up ordering more as wasn’t working for us.

Been two Christmas Eve’s in a row and cannot praise the food, entertainment and staff more. Whilst the upstairs cocktail lounge can be crowded and a little slow service at peak times, it just allows all to take in the beautiful venue and entertainment. Food...More

Eliot and the team looked after us fantastically, we were shown the 4 different cuts of meat for steak night and were told which way of cooking works well with each cut. The service was flawless and the meal was the best of its kind...More

They have some very good vegetarian options - I think if you talk to them at the time of booking about any allergies, they’ll be able to tell you if they can accommodate you
