We booked an afternoon tea for 10 for my daughter's hen do at The Well Walk. The food was glorious with fresh sandwiches and homemade cakes and we were determined to eat it all - but we were defeated! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. We stopped midway and browsed around the 3 floors of antiques to make room... More

Quaint surroundings with wall to wall antiques and indeed wall to wall carpet and tapestries. Light bites menu served in traditional china tea services on several floor levels by young friendly staff. Good for a light lunch. A bit dusty and crowded, but it is an old building. Good to see the food covered under glass domes. We like that.

The Well Walk Tearoom is my absolute favourite place to go. I have been here lot's of times and never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, the interior is unique and just cute. I have taken friends out for the afternoon tea last Saturday and it was fantastic as always. Delicious cakes, scones and sandwiches. As usual so much... More

A great place to take overseas visitors. Staff are very friendly. Food is great. Try Sheldon Coopers favourite pasta with baby frankfurters in. Teas served in classic old china. Cutsy tea rooms. Steep stairs but they do have two tables downstairs for those not quite as steady on their feet. Tricky to find, but well worth the hunt.

Was given a voucher for tea for two as a present. Had a wonderful meal here. Choice of drinks, teas, coffees etc, round of sandwiches each, scones with clotted cream and jam, slice of cake each plus petit fours and grapes, strawberries and raspberries. All the food was home made. The cost of a set tea is £10 or £12 on... More

I have been coming here for afternoon tea for the last 3 years. I have tried many places in Cheltenham for afternoon tea, and some of the other places are nice but quite expensive (and you don't get a great deal of food) or not that great but cheap. The Well Walk is the best. You get a lot of... More

We recently visited 'Well Walk' Tea Room having read the good reviews. As a party of four girls we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea; it was reasonably priced and excellent value for money. The food on offer was all clearly homemade and of an excellent quality. Large quantities of cake as lots of variety... It was very yummy! The best... More

We arranged a party of 11 for my mums 85th birthday. The staff were very helpful and the food and tea were great. They lit her birthday cake, sang Happy Birthday and even cut the cake up for everyone to take a piece home. The place is full of character and serve tea in pretty china cups. Thank you for... More
