Food was very good and service was remarkable as well. They did go the extra mile and prepare a dish which wasn't on the menu. Good service :)

I am a returning customer and have always been impressed by the food, the staff are always friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere. I am always puzzled by some reviews as they do not truly reflect what an enjoyable experience an evening at the Shajahan is. The new refurbishment is very good providing some screens and eliminates all 'sound bounce'... More

Got a take out from Shahjahan, they forgot my rice so couldn't start my dinner until they delivered it. Also had to pay £3 delivery for them to drive about 2 minutes around... More

It has been a couple of years or more since I visited Shahjahan, as my partner prefers a Chinese meal. Well how things have changed and sadly for the worse. The food quality and value used to be outstanding and this time my experience was far from that. The Prawn Puree starters were fine. However my partner's King Prawn Korai... More

We had very high hopes when we arrived at this restaurant. Hadn't been there for years so thought it worth giving it another go. Very friendly owner and staff who gave us time to make a decision from the large menu choice. Nice crisp papads with tasty chutneys. So far so good. Our Sunday starters of prawn puri and chicken...
