Might not look much from the outside but the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Service was also quick and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

Busy Restaurant-cafe in the town centre serving take-always and eat-in. Have to say that this is the best fish and chips I have had in a long time. Large, flakey cod in a crisp batter and traditional chips. There is a liquor licence and a wide range of drinks. I found the service excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Pity... More

A lovely traditional fish and chip restaurant with Seventies styling which only adds to the charm. One of the very best places in East Sussex to eat traditional fish and chips with everything freshly cooked to order, great service and good value too.

Have been here a few times and it never disappoints for a good old fish and chip supper. The restaurant is refreshingly basic, the service laid back but friendly and the food exactly what you would expect. If you are watching your weight, you are do ably in the wrong place, but you do get the option of herb covered... More

The fish here (cod) is always chunky, flaky and delicious and freshly cooked. As older people we don't need such a huge portion of chips, but hungrier youngsters will enjoy them. Take your fish and chips down to the seafront and enjoy the Seaford sunsets, but take care to push your litter well down into the rubbish bins to stop... More

Please do not order grilled fish. When we visited the restaurant they took over an hour to process our order. When it eventually arrived it was good but the wait was far too long. I was informed that the grill was too small to cope with our order!

People flock here and they've given it prizes. I tried it once. However, if you're prepared to travel 150 yards further down the hill then you'll find another fish-and-chip shop which I've visited repeatedly.

Visited on an average summer Saturday at approx 7pm. Fish generally very good. Chips generally very poor. Attendant added condiments for free on an order of 1 fish finger meal and three cod and chips meals so we left with high hopes and a spring in our step. But when we arrived on the lovely seafront to eat them we... More
