Please do not order grilled fish. When we visited the restaurant they took over an hour to process our order. When it eventually arrived it was good but the wait was far too long. I was informed that the grill was too small to cope with our order!

People flock here and they've given it prizes. I tried it once. However, if you're prepared to travel 150 yards further down the hill then you'll find another fish-and-chip shop which I've visited repeatedly.

But when we arrived on the lovely seafront to eat them we... More

Visit this traditional fish and chip shop when I visit family in the area. Great fish. Service sometimes slow but made up by the food. Table service.

It's a rare fish and chip shop that can do the fish and the chips perfectly and unfortunately although the fish was really good here the chips weren't great. The chips seemed a bit old and despite asking for them to be salted I couldn't taste any. Also I didn't really like being forced to purchase ketchup to go with... More

Fish and chips were about average. But the pot of tea was a disgrace.. Very poor. The service was ok but hardly a smile. Need some customer service lessons.
