Had cod and chips followed by coffee here (we ate in). The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was very good - quality and quantity. Will definitely return when I am back in the area.

Absolutely scrummy! Fresh, crispy fish and not oily and lots of chips! Excellent quality and the staff are very friendly. Spotlessly clean restaurant with several booths to sit in. Take away all served in a recyclable paper bag, not a sign of plastic. Happy days.

Lovely takeaway fish and chips. Good to see the cod freshly battered for my order. Generous portions and good value. Only concern was the battered sausage. A little disappointing in comparison to the fish.

The cod and chips is really lovely. Even on a Summer Saturday the service is quick. Plus the prices are very reasonable. This plaice can’t be battered. Or should that be this place can’t be bettered? Either way. Do enjoy.
