Tucked away at the end of Rock-a Nore is a real gem of a restaurant with great service run by a friendly professional team. Not huge, so won't attract the coach parties, which is just as well because the chefs cook every dish to order, perfectly every time. Having had several truly delicious dining experiences there, it is time to... More

This is just a small place that you could easily walk past without noticing but it is certainly worth a visit. It is true that you have to wait some time for your meal but it is freshly prepared and worth the wait. All the fish that we had was superb, obviously bought from the fish market across the road.... Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is fresh and it reflects in the mouthwatering taste, this especially is true of the seafood, we had mussels, local lobster, king prawns and cod on this ocassion. There are homemade cakes for dessert and superb coffee. I'd recommend this over other places because the food is freshly cooked and done sympathetically without destroying... More

The seafood linguine we had exceeded the excellence of those we have enjoyed in Sorrento or Monte Carlo; the quality of the scampi matched the linguine; and the chocolate cake was delicious. The Proprietor and his team were most welcoming and hospitable. A thoroughly delightful experience.

You would walk straight by this place, but don't, if you want the best fish & chips in town it's here, I have visited a few times, it's always good, last visit we popped in for lunch, started with mussels in cider and cream, then the best cod and chips you can get, once ordered the owners walks across the... A superb Cod and Chips, side of peas and home made tartar sauce, wonderfully presented and excellent service, well worth the drive on a Sunday from Bromley....

Fabulous, friendly staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to make your visit memorable. The menu is fantastic with plenty of variety. We love not only the best, superbly fresh tasty fish here but also the fantastic service. Preferring haddock I placed the order then someone ran over the road to the wet fish shop to cook it for me. You cannot get better service than that can you! We live in London so only visit every few months, but we will... More

Looking onto the street behind the net shops in the quaintest part of Rock-a-Nore, we had meant to drop in for lunch since we noticed the place had opened a couple of months ago - and we were very impressed. Decor, service and food all excellent but not over elaborate. Swordfish beautifully grilled with fried potato & salad followed by... More
