Very hot day but I did the traditional thing and ordered fish and chips. I sat outside and drank tea (much too weak) and had to ask for salt and vinegar to be brought to the table. I was able to park in the cul de sac as I can only walk a little bit due to arthritis.

Having visited Hastings on many occasions we always enjoyed some really tasty fish and chips from the Blue Dolphin. However, this time we were disappointed with the quality and the service. Time to improve with so much competition around or lose regular customers.

We went into this fishbar for our lunch today, staff weren't interested in anyone other than themselves. The fish was almost cold when served and the chips weren't hot either! We won't be going back, the girls in there were continuously flicking their hair back, not very hygenic ! To say they gave us time to make a choice would be generous,... More

Bad chips. More grease than potatoes. Would not use again as there are plenty more chip shops in Hastings.

Arrived with the family and we had 3 cod and chips and 2 kids meals. The fish was really nice but could do with being a bit larger but for the price quite good

Sat outside and had Huss n chips and a sausage n chips - the Huss was brown inside - disgusting. The sausage was barely cooked - chips were pretty good. When we said to the waitress about the fish , she showed it to the owner and all he could say was that it was supposed to be brown!!! It... More
