This is one of the best restaurants I have visited in Brighton, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and nice. I ordered 8 pieces of "London London" sushi and I can easily tell that this is one of the best sushi I have tried in my life. I recommend the vegetarian Bibimpab as well.

Dropped in yesterday for a quick lunch while shopping (thanks for the free parking Waitrose) and we had a Tonkatsu set and Ramen set. Both served with pickles, small salad etc. For around £12 per head, really excellent lunchtime value. Their sushi and sashimi in the evening is also pretty good.

Appetizers arrived 40 minutes after the order, main courses after another half hour. How long does it take to cut sushi? Pleasant staff and good quality food though.

I ate there with my girlfriend, the table was sticky, the shelf next to us held on with blue tack, no big deal right? My food arrived and a good 10 minutes went by before hers did, not once did the staff explain or say it was on its way. I ordered a chicken curry, it had 2 tiny; 5... More

Authentic but not conservative! Try the Sashimi Bibimbap, a very interesting Japanese-Korean mix! Good choice of drinks also.

Sushi Garden was a happy chance discovery. The decor reminded us of our trip to Japan and brought back happy memories. Service was excellent, non obtrusive, calm and helpful. The food was really good. I recommend the gyoza (veggie and chicken). Very tasty Yakitori, we ordered seconds. The Yaki Aubergine (grilled aubergine with miso) was delicious. It's up there with... We've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Great selection of sushi, affordable bento boxes, lovely sake and my favourite - choya.
