It was our first visit at the restaurant and we were extremely pleased to meet your wonderful staff!! If I need to mention someone Michaela the manager was outstanding from the welcome to the farewell. She couldn't do better. We felt very comfortable!!! The food was very good too. We will definitely come back!!! I actually book for Saturday !!!!

Went with my (Indian) gf last night and all that I can say is that this restaurant serves Indian delights to its best. Fabulously prepared and presented food all cooked to perfection. The menu is uncomplicated and the servers are well trained in explaining the various options. We paid £40 a head with wine so is great value for money.... More

Excellent flavours and beautiful presented. Get out of your comfort zone (like chicken korma, tikka masala, pilau rice etc) and try their menu. You will be blown away by the flavours!

It is all too rare to find "Indian" restaurants that aren't serving the same fodder as every other restaurant in a town. Imagine if the only restaurants in the whole of Europe selling "European" served only Pasta! Well that's what is wrong with UK "Indian" food now- it's nearly always Punjabi or Bangladeshi, so nice though it may be, where... More

Not knowing Brighton, I spent ages on Trip Advisor deciding where to book for our anniversary meal and finally chose Indian Summer. I'm so pleased I did, the meal was so good. There were lovely touches of a small soup and also a sorbet between courses. The food was fantastic, it was great to know which dishes were gluten free... More

Four of us went to Indian summer Saturday night. Every course was delicious, highly recommend the salmon starter and the Indian summer thali and the tandoori platter main courses, but really every dish is fabulous. Service was excellent thanks to Tim and Michaela. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Visited the restaurant on Monday evening. It was busy with a lovely ambience. The service was great and the staff were certainly on the ball, very friendly and made you feel welcome. As many say here, the menu choice was limited and different but was very tasty. The taster soup and sorbet are nice touches, which come as a suprise... More

Make sure that you are hungry when you visit here so that you can do justice to the food. It really is an Indian with a difference. The menus are small leather bound booklets with a detailed explanation of each dish. The choice is quite small but all our choices were exquisite. A tiny cup of pepper and cauliflower soup... More
