This is not a fish and chip restaurant, this is a Fish restaurant with chips, and other offerings. We had Skate, Plaice and Salmon, all grilled without any unnecessary sauces, oil or butter, sounds boring, but didn't taste it!

This place is crowded for a reason; it's very good! It is family friendly but fine for couples as well. The tables come in many different combinations in size and are close together but there is such a buzz here that it doesn't matter.
Best fish and chips in town. Have come with my partner, friends and family when they visit and never disappoints. Will be back soon! Staff can however be a bit grumpy but it's pretty clear they are overworked and underpaid.

Hi - not sure whether Stacey is still at the Regency, I would think she is as they tend to keep their staff. I would recommend that you phone them to make a booking, and ask whether she will be there - 01273 325014
