The Blue Man is a relaxed and informal Cafe-Bar with North African flavour.

You can pop in for coffee (best in town!), Amazing selection of tea, a lovely wine list or a bit of food if you're hungry. We're chilled and informal and will make you feel very welcome.

In the evening we host live events, acoustic nights, dancing, DJs and parties. Pop downstairs and feel a world away from the hustle and bustle in a haven that's a home away from home...

A must see in Brighton!

The Blue Man is a really cosy and niche place. You can come here for just drinks or treat yourself to food. It's North African cuisine and really delicious and pretty healthy too. The portion sizes are decent and it's not all too expensive. You can have just snacks like wedges and harissa mayo or... read more

It would be easy to rush past this little place, but it is worth stopping over. They serve interesting north African food and a variety of beverages. We chose the Tunisian salad and spicy chicken, Jej harra fluka. Both nicely presented and cooked. At the time we went, a band was playing downstairs. Nice chilled atmosphere

I love this place! It's a great place to go with a few friends for a catch up. They have a great range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. I would recommend the mulled cider this time of year as it's only £3.00 and tastes awesome! The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is really chilled and... More

Wanted to try this place for a while. Unique, cosy, Moroccan decor, friendly staff and delicious food. Tried the mix starter and a lamb tagine, great flavours, presentation and good value. Will definitely return

Popped in for a late lunch after this place was recommended to us. Lovely staff and tasty food, I had the falafel wrap which was delicious and good value for money considering it came with wedges, salad and dip. Although the service was good from the bar, it took a very long time for our food to come out with... More

A taste of all things north African. The fresh mint tea, slightly sweetned comes served in an authentic pot. The food (falafel wrap, wedges, hummus and olive tapenade) was delicious and my request that it be vegan as no problem for staff. They even had a sign up encouraging people to make any adjustments they wished. I always leave feeling... More

Having been in here a number of times just for drinks, I really looked forward to eating here as the aroma of spices coming from the kitchen is just splendid. Between us we had the lamb sausages, lamb tagine, algerian dumplings and rosemary fries with harisa mayo. All of it was absolutely gorgeous. Staff are really nice and it's just... More
