This meal was absolutely amazing and so tasty. It was reasonably priced, and I really really enjoyed it. I am definitely going back to this pub for another meal real soon. Thanks so much!

I frequently visit the lights for a drink with mates and it has never failed to disappoint. The staff aren't just lovely but the soundest group of people I've met. The music is always on point, no generic rubbish and I find myself quite often being reminded of some great songs I had forgotten about. I usually shy away from... More

We wanted to relive our time spent in Nordics and visited this place to enjoy some meatballs. Food was not disappointing ....the decor was nice and typically Nordic .

The Northern Lights has a new chef and menu (now managed by a lovely woman named Kerri - Kitchen Kultur). I went with my friend for a traditional Sunday roast and I was blown away by how amazing the food was. It's going to become my go-to place for a Sunday lunch. I had the pork roast which came with... We were recommended to go here by another bar near by. The drinks at Northern Lights were nice (good vodka selection) but the service at the bar was poor (Friday, 6th May). We waited for an incredibly long time to order our (2) drinks. Whilst we stood there waiting the bar staff served friends / people they knew who were... More

Shared a vegan platter with a friend and it was delicious and a bit different as well. The pickled mushrooms were out of this world. It's fantastic value for money, and you will not leave hungry! Even if you aren't vegan you should give the vegan burger a go, as well as the beetroot falafel. Make sure you go here!

Stumbled on this. Tucked at the end of the road near jury's inn.lots of music at night. Surprisingly good food, tasty, cheap , well presented and plated with care, good vegetarian options

I love this place! I've been a few times and the bar staff have always been super friendly. They have games upstairs. I played battleships for the first time, and won! The drink are cheap, although I'm used to London prices.

Tucked away on Little East Street off Ship Street in the Brighton Lanes. Had friends visiting from Margate and thought we'd try out this little Scandinavian bar come restaurant. Well, what a find! Ordered 3 different Icelandic beers which were pretty top notch and then followed with the food. The Swedish meatballs were beautifully tender and the accompanied root vegetables... More
